TAMIYA 18046 - Mini 4WD Super Avante Junior Type 5 Chassis

[The 4WD mechanism transmits power to the front and rear for a spirited ride] This plastic model assembly kit of a 4WD racer not only delivers high performance with its shaft-driven 4WD, but also allows you to race with friends. The Super Avante was the prototype for the fully cowled Mini 4WD. Wings are fitted to the front nose and body sides for excellent aerodynamic performance. Slits are made in the air intakes on the sides of the cockpit for excellent motor cooling. The chassis is the toughest of all Mini 4WDs, the Type 5. Two gear ratios are available: 5:1 and 4.2:1. Assembly is a snap-together system that requires no glue, and motorization is easy by simply snapping in the metal fittings.
